Nancy O’Connell Memorial Detication

The Town of East Troy, had the honor of LIVE Streaming the Memorial Detication for Nancy O’Connell, at the East Troy Lions Public Library. It was a special memorial to an unforgettable woman. Nancy made a lasting imprint in the lives of so many, most she probably didn’t even realize. Her daughter Jenny, spoke and it was difficult not to shed a tear. Thank you Tami, for allowing us to share this beautiful moment.
