Construction Update WIS 20: The County ES north leg work is underway and hopefully the weather continues to cooperate. Below is a rough schedule outline on the operations – which are very weather depended. WIS 20 between County L and WIS 83 is moving along as well. We installed some storm sewer around the county line and that work will continue next week. The CN railroad crossing work is scheduled for the week of August 4th. WIS 20 (East Troy) Traffic: Access to Bower’s Produce can be made by continuing east on WIS 20 from County L (East Troy) Access to Green Meadows can be made by going west on WIS 20 from WIS 83 (Waterford) Access to Kwik Trip during the County ES closure will be using County ES coming from the Mukwonago direction (North). Access to Culver’s when it opens on 7/22 will be by using WIS 20. This Week: Roadway excavation and rock placement Storm sewer installation Next Week: Finish roadway excavation and stone placement Begin curb and gutter installation County ES North Leg Closure (Tentative and very weather dependent) Install/Complete storm sewer installation (7/19 to 7/20) Roadway excavation and stone placement (7/22 to 7/24) Curb and Gutter Installation and time for the concrete to gain strength (7/25 to 7/30) Fine grading and prep for asphalt (7/31 to 8/2) Asphalt paving (8/3 to 8/7) Pavement marking (8/8) We are working on ways to accelerate these durations, but this is a rough outline for the full 21-days (if needed).
